Easy to use and great to have

I find PayPal relatively easy to use, easy to navigate and it’s a great thing to have. However, I have had two difficulties with it. It has not allowed me to log in online in the past, meaning I haven’t been able to complete a purchase, I have also been unable to set up a direct debit. It states my account is already linked, but when I go to set one up it asks me to link an account. It goes around in circles, so instead I have had to remember to log on to pay money off of my credit each month. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026
