Good but can improve

PayPal is convenient and widely accepted, which makes sending and receiving money easy. The app and website are straightforward to use, and transactions are usually quick. However, customer support can sometimes feel slow and difficult to deal with when issues or disputes arise. Overall, it’s a useful platform for online payments, but improvements in communication and account support would make the experience much better. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026
