Vanquis gave me a helping hand when I needed it.

Vanquis gave me a helping hand when I needed it. Yes, I know there is a cost to it, but what makes Vanquis different is that they were understanding, they put no pressure on me and also made sure that I was comfortable with all the details they gave me. What keeps me coming back is the lack of sales calls and spam, but also, the big winner for me is the positive feedback I get from Vanquis on how I am using my account. I get the odd offer of an increase in credit limit if I am running the account well, my choice to accept or not, and if I am looking like I am struggling a bit, I get a notification that help is on hand and suggestions on how to release any pressure I may be under. Vanquis are quick if I need help, but fade into the backgrounds when I don't, perfect. The staff I have dealt with have been very professional, very personable and a joy to talk to. They treat me like a colleague, not a customer. They are a credit to Vanquis. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026
