I would not insure with anyone else.

I’m not sure I have the words to explain just how good BIKMO are. They are genuinely different. They understand the customer, they put them first, and are ‘on the same page’. I had the misfortune of having a bike stolen in 2016. What I thought would be a complex, time-consuming claim wasn’t. It was straightforward, and I was assisted by someone who understood me, my situation and why I was so upset. I have been a customer a while now, and the support has never wavered.
