Skiing Accident made painless!

I broke my ankle in Austria and required an operation that day. The member of the team allocated to look after me was first class and couldn't have been more helpful. The whole process was streamline and didn't take any longer than an hour, from the initial panicked call to approval to proceed, with what was a rather expensive operation. I received several helpful calls when I arrived back in the UK to ensure I was ok and did I have any further incidental claims for taxis etc. I can't praise the team highly enough, I think my main contact was Scott?
