Awesome customer service and great product

I have unfortunately had to use Bikmo to replace my pride and joy, they were outstanding, sympathetic and then extremely fair in appraisal and assisting me to find a new bike, no quibbling, would recommend in a heart beat. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Amazing service, fast response and knowledgeable staff.

They say you only really know how good your insurance is when you have to claim, I really didn't need to worry, my claim was dealt with very quickly, I was offered a number of options to get my bike replaced, the staff were helpful as they were clearly cyclists and knew the market, the communication was clear and the overall experience made me so glad I picked a company like Bikmo, I have recommended them to anyone I know that owns a bike.
