Highly recommended to get you on your feet again

I have only started using this a couple of months ago, but haven’t dealt with customer service as yet personally so that’s why I said ‘neutral’ for my answer. Everything else seems very good & I love the app too, easy to use and see all I need to see regarding my card, payments, bills etc. As soon as I first got it, it got me out of trouble as my washing machine had broken & due to my bad anxiety, I couldn’t get myself to go to the launderette so I managed to put a little deposit down for my new washing machine & got myself enough shopping to top up both my freezers & cupboards too where I hadn’t been in a good position financially prior to this and now I’m slowly getting myself back up as best as I can & hoping to keep on top of things once everything is sorted out for me. Much appreciated for a brilliant card, giving me a chance to get back up and so much help it’s gave me. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2026
