Customer Service is excellent.

I have been with Suffolk BS for three years now, with recent changes to my mortgage arranged by telephone and email. The process was necessarily thorough, but clear and efficient. It was especially helpful to be able to communicate with the same individual throughout, who understood my situation and requirements. The excellent customer service is a real bonus. The opportunity to go through options in detail, check out any queries and discuss issues before making a decision was most reassuring. I could thoroughly recommend Suffolk BS for anybody considering a mortgage, remortgage or equity release. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2026
