When I lost my dad, they paused my direct debit payments. The staff member I spoke to that day was very kind and understanding. Even though I was worried, he reassured me that it would not affect my credit score. It was a very painful time because I had just lost my dad, but at the same time I felt grateful because the staff listened to me so well and treated me with compassion.
