Alert phone call.

I was given a phone call to alert me that my Fixed Rate Isa had matured . At no time did I feel foolish . I called back and Katie was most helpful . I grew up in Ayrshire and I appreciate people with Scottish accents helping me with my business , very reassuring. Their rates are always very good and they are my company of choice many times .
