Easy, friendly and inclusive alternative to managing money

I have been presently surprised by Zopa. Not only was I impressed by customer service, and found the transition between application and approval extremely quick and efficient where funds were in my account the next day. I also find the format, layout and accessibility of the mobile app and site to be very inclusive, clear and useful. A great way to manage money. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022

Customer service second to none

I swapped to Admiral after learning on a comparison site that they could offer much cheaper home insurance than any other provider. I had to complete the offer on the phone (which I usually loathe) but the conversation was so professional, so friendly and so helpful. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019
