Poor phone communication, hope it improves...

I recently joined Manchester Credit Union, but I am very disappointed with the phone communication. I have tried calling multiple times, but no one answers the phone or returns my messages. For a financial institution, this is a major drawback. I hope this improves because phone support is very important for customers. Let's see how things go going forward. Reviewed on: 7th June 2026
