When I first applied for finance, first response was...

When I first applied for finance, first response was amazing explaining everything to me the woman who was dealing with me was so pleasant. I suffer with anxiety and don’t like talking to anyone but first response made me feel relaxed and not looked down at with having a low credit rating it’s honestly felt like I was talking to a friend on the phone.
