Terrible customer service

Customer service was not interested in my situation, And their form that was required to fill in did not account for the types of debts that I have. When clearly pointing this out to the customer service representative, they pretty much just ignored my message and said they wouldn't help me unless I filled out the form, which was extremely long and did not represent my current financial situation.
