Having recently been a victim of fraud,I would like to say once communication resumed after the last bank holiday,I am very pleased so far the handling of my situation,though I do realise the way the system works,on line,also AI communication.I will say I would also like the opportunity to speak with a real voice.Other than this I am quite happy,and comfortable now.
