I found it difficult to know exactly what is what, in terms of what is the credit I had and what is the credit debt. Maybe making it more explicit. I was also able to set a direct debit to an account that wasn't verified. The transaction returned, maybe make it more explicit before allowing to set up a direct debit. I also couldn't get the deposit for the account verification, that needs improving Reviewed on: 4th June 2026
