Loan eligiblity

Everyday I get email saying I eligible for a loan or card, but I have never been approved for anything on your app Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

Reply from TotallyMoney Thanks for your review, although we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. These emails give an indication of what offers you could be eligible for. Once you click through from these emails, we are able to refresh your offers and show you a more personalised view based on the eligibility data we have from lenders. We understand it can be frustrating if you aren't eligible for the offer we have sent. We are continuously working to improve our emails and appreciate you sharing feedback on your experience.
