Review of the First Response Finance, Car finance:

Waited 4 months and still no car yet payments taken out

I am still waiting for First Response to update on my agreement I have waited 4/5 months and I haven't still received my car they have been taking my money every month without given me a update for months now I can't believe they think it is ok to take their customers money without providing the car or even given me a full refund worst company I have had to deal with will need to report to Financial Ombudsman Reviewed on: 4th June 2026
