good customer service and clear explanations of terms and conditions

my policy quotation was not straightforward, owing to the way in which a previous insurer had dealt with a disputed claim; Admiral staff were able to straighten out a 'computer says no' situation and use a bit of initiative and intelligence to sort this out and to offer a competitive quotation.
