It was good but felt disorganised.

It was good but seemed to be a disconnect between initial contact people and it being sent to 'senior' team. Details put in wrong and a bit of back and forth chasing information. Texted form wasn't very good and seemed a bit broken. Everyone I spoke to was lovely and professional and helped put my mind at ease. Reviewed on: 5th June 2026
