I had a purchase that was faulty and the company was...

I had a purchase that was faulty and the company was dragging their heels in refunding me so I asked PayPal to intervene and deal with my problem and they did. The problem was resolved and they kept me informed of the procedure and the end result. They helped me by fighting my case and can’t thank them enough. Reviewed on: 5th June 2026
