Getting us out of a sticky situation

After an unsavoury experience with a car dealership selling us an incredibly dodgy car, First Response were so helpful in refunding us, and cancelling the finance agreement quickly and assured us it wouldn't affect us getting another policy. Once we found another car, they were so efficient in getting another policy up and running. Every member of staff I spoke to throughout the process was really friendly and attentive.
