Efficient, professional company with staff who understand excellent customer service.

Admiral sends me an email several weeks before my insurance renewal date, they state my renewal amount and advise that it is in my interests to shop around. There is no pressure to renew with Admiral, they leave it up to the individual to make the choice whether to change their provider or remain with Admiral. I very much appreciate not receiving pressurising sales telephone calls.. Admiral staff when contacted do not patronise their clients, they treat them with curtesy and respect.
