Excellent customer service with affordable premiums

Whilst parking in our drive i had not put the handbrake on fully and my car slid into the garage causing it to buckle. Because they were double garage doors after an extensive search we found they were no longer available, having been built into the house in the late 60's/early 70's so we had to ask for both doors to be replaced. Although it took us a few months to find a company that could replace the doors, the Admiral Insurance customer service when I phoned was impeccable. Polite, to the point and in full agreement that we would need quotes and an insurance pay out for both doors. What a relief this was and the cheque arrived, after we sent 2 quotes and damage photos, within 5 working days. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019
