My update visit

My visit to the branch was cheerful, helpful and informative. Staff members were always polite, focused and businesslike. I was able to update my accounts and was informed when I could establish my next ISA. Altogether a completely businesslike, but human, experience. Today, this marks out The Scottish Building Society as a unique service provider which carries forward the traditions of service to the client but carries that service onward in a tangible way, providing a great service to the much wider community. I have no hesitation in recommending the S.B.S. to all. Reviewed on: 7th June 2026
