PayPal helped me correct my own error without penalty.

I made a mistake on first setting up PayPal Credit where I had not set up a direct debit to make my minimum payment. I was at risk of defaulting but when I explained that I had made a genuine mistake PayPal cancelled the late payment fee (which they did not have to do) and helped me resolve the issue quickly.
