Great company, great service

PayPal removes the anxiety associated with paying on line. The separation of my bank account from the vendor is reassuring, paticularly when banking scams appears to be very prevalent. PayPal is very accessible, professional and offers excellent service. I was particularly impressed when a vendor defaulted on provision of goods I had used PayPal payment service. The complaints procedure was simple and thorough. In due course my money was refunded and I was able to reorder from another vendor, using PayPal, of course. Thank you PayPal for a fantastic service that has ensured that this elderly lady is able to use online services without the fear of being scammed. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
