Outstanding Service.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received from Suffolk Building Society. I was assigned Stephen Lye to my remortgage and he was fantastic. Any queries I had were dealt with immediately and in detail. Stephen was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly but remained professional. I would 100% recommend Suffolk Building Society they were amazing. In todays world customer Services seems to be missing in a lot of companies, so it was very refreshing to have such a great company who you actually speak too and they listen. Well done 10/10.
