PayPal is very easy to use and there is no issues however I would recommend paying off your debt before the interest kicks in. A lot of places give you 4 months interest free etc. customer service can be a little tricky. Not an extremely long wait to speak to someone however there can be issues while on the phone such as connection problems or advisor not understanding you. PayPal assistance is good however I would rather a standard email address to make contact. Or a way to email within the messaging centre. PayPal assistant says I can do this but there is no option. I can speak to an advisor online but again they advised me to contact by phone which is the issue I was already having. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
