No hiden rules, a straight forrward loan processs.

My loan repayments were set at a level and period was comfortable with. Later when I needed to change the repayment amount it was straightforward and easy. The payments are taken at the right time and never too early, e.g. early at the weekend so there is always that grace period when the pay. Great, it when payment falls in the weekend.
