Easy quote

I was able to obtain a good value travel insurance quote despite my medical condition, which many insurers will not even unsure. Unfortunately, I have been a little disappointed by their response to my holiday postponement. My holiday has been postponed by 12months due to Covid, but the insurers are unable to change my policy date as it is too far away. I’m disappointed given the circumstances, as the holiday was postponed without insurer involvement and at no cost to them, and has reduced the risk of claiming on my insurance for cancelled flights etc. I was offered a 50% refund, but I just feel a bit let down. Great on boarding experience

I haven't had to claim yet, but getting a quote was really simple and the lady on the phone was very clear and helpful. When I had to change my address, the process over the phone was quick and easy, and cheaper than some other insurers. Much better customer service than my previous insurer.
