What a relief to get off the "you, as a existing client " are not valued roundabout; therefore will be punished by more increased charges. My Bank (Barclays) teased me in with a low first year Home incsce annual contract. Then followed this by a second year(fairly low) increase, followed by a 33% for the third year. I baulked at this & cancelled. Looked around(Money Supermarket etc) & yeah verily you were there. If you treat me as a faithful & valued client I will remain with you. Apart from Barclays I have changed my insurance (like most other stuff I have on DD) every year, which is a pain & doesn't say much for the ethics of big business in general. Your cover for my Home Insce needs is very comprehensive (some items not included on Barclays) at very competitive rates. So at the moment it is WIN, WIN for yours faithfully but be assured I may be 80 yrs old but my generation know the value of things. I don't want "points" "stamps", a loyalty card or any other gimmick. I want a good deal at the right price. So far you've got it right. Keep it up, advertise your need to keep us by doing the opposite to the opposition. Remember what Farage did to the existing complacency of the mainline politicals - he stole a whole bunch of their supporters(e.g. clients). You just need to do it successfully.
