This is how customer service should be done!

The reason I have rated all questions with full marks is because, whenever I have interacted with the teams on the phone they are very; welcoming, precise, professional, articulate. They have always engaged nicely and a pleasure to talk. Whenever I've had questions - they've always responded with the correct information and always end the call - asking if there is anything they can help with. The entire end-to-end - process is always seamless for me. I truely value and appreciate the team over the phone because they give me confidence I'm dealing with an organisation that cares and take security very seriously. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
