Awful service

Had to book 4 separate black box fittings - the engineers turned up at the wrong time, then the wrong house (having lied about calling my mobile and home phone, which never happened), then I received a call saying my recent appointment was moved to the AM but they arrived in the PM when I wasn't around. Awful service, very disappointed and highly unreliable Reviewed on: 4th March 2017
