Prompt service in a crisis.

One Saturday afternoon, while expecting visitors, my hot water tank sprung a leek, flooding the toilet from above. It was a panic 'think think' moment, however, after contacting Admiral my Home insurance company, an emergency plumber was with me within 25 minutes and turned off the water supply to the tank, which required a specialist tool, I hand no idea of the valves location, although I have been in the house for 28 years, the tank was 50 years old, so it lasted since the house was built. Because of the prompt action of my insurance company dispatching an emergency plumber on a Saturday afternoon, the water damage to our property was minimal. Thank you. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019
