Insane rip off hidden fees.

Insane rip off hidden fees. Had to cancel insurance after car engine failure expecting to pay an already high fee of £45, only to be told it would be nearly £130. Not only that but a mistake was made their end with final direct debit and I received a threatening email mentioning bailiffs with a further £20 fine. This was dropped after a tedious 30minute call but the whole experience has been deeply unpleasant. Used RAC for years and never made a claim. Will never use them again and neither will the other 5 members of my family who are insured with them. Complete rip off scammers. Go somewhere else Reviewed on: 7th November 2026
