The PayPal app is a bit confusing to use.

The PayPal app is a bit confusing to use. Would recommend to simplify the screens for when payments are due. I sometimes do a payment and it’s not taken straight away or it’s not reflected straight away so I don’t know if my payment is successful or not. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
