Review of the Admiral, Home insurance:

All round great so far

I have had next to no trouble with Admiral. My car was broken in to and when I rang up a customer service's employee misquoted my policy to me, I was disappointed by the outcome and therefore gave my feedback, on the few occasions I have ever done this in the past, companies have never come back to me on it, Admiral however rang me with a full apology and gave me a range of options to choose from to rectify the situation. I acknowledge not everyone can be perfect all the time, but you have to own up to your mistakes, for that reason Admiral have only gone further up in my estimations after this incident.
