Amazing cover, amazing service and amazing people!

You don't need insurance until you need it. But then you really need it and you expect to be able to rely on it. With most insurers it just when you need them that they let you down. Not Laka. I've insured my bike with Laka for years and when I had a broken carbon frame recently, they came to my assistance with the clear intention of helping me get back on the bike as quickly as possible. The service was great. Their approach is so well coordinated. The claim was handled with sensitivity by people who know what they are doing and the payout was prompt. I just can't recommend Laka enough. They are truly brilliant. I wish all insurance was like Laka. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021

Laka is simply the best choice for bicycle insurance

My two bikes have been insured by Laka for over 2 years now. I love the way the business model is so transparent. It's feels good to be protected by a community of like minded people with each others interests at heart. Not the profits of some big faceless corporate enterprise. I also had to make a claim and the experience was exceptional. I totlly recommend Laka to all my cycling buddies. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020

Laka is totally amazing cycle insurance. Simple!

I have recommended Laka to my cycling friends and most have signed up. It's is completely unique and because it's community-based it works for its members. Unfortunately, I also had to claim and their response was simply the best insurance claim experience I have ever had. I can't say enough about how great this company is.
