I've had a couple of problems with unauthorised payments recently and PayPal's customer services were excellent, better than my bank I would say. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Excellent Customer Service

PayPal's Resolution Center is very good and when that doesn't work their customer service team is excellent. I feel they're better at dealing with issues than my bank on the rare occasions you need to speak to someone with a better level of understanding. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
