I was going through a difficult period that I couldn't get out of and that was really making my life hard. A single phone call helped me resolve all my problems. Of course, Citizen Advice was also very helpful in this matter. I provided all the requested information truthfully and accurately. As a result, a decision was made to write off my £33,000 debt.
