I had used pay in 3 previously with no problem, now I am unable to use it being told they cannot provide this offer right now, considering there has been no change in my financial status other than an increase I find this absolutely ridiculous. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

I was first able to use pay in 3 and quite happily then after paying things back with no payment failures, I have not been able to use pay in 3 and continue to receive a pop up message of not being eligible, despite no financial change in circumstances or situation. I have received no help in finding out why nor am I any closer to resolving this matter. Extremely poor. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
