Reliable customer care

Having bought the building and content insurance at the beginning of July I had to make a claim soon after the policy began. Unfortunately, my smartphone slipped out of my pocket and got damaged. It was a brand new pricey model. The first contact with the customer advisor was polite and professional. The claim supported by the photographic evidence and the bill for repairs was submitted electronically. With the exception of an electronic fluke that my email went where it wasn't supposed to my second phone contact was dealt instantly and the decision was reached within five minutes of my application and the supporting evidence arriving at the right mailbox.
