Good service but long wait times for their helpline

Stepchange provide a very good service although at times they are very difficult to talk to-for instance I rang today and a message was give out that my wait time was 2 minutes but 20 minutes later I was still waiting. About ever 5 minutes the same message (your wait time is 2 minutes) was given out which was very frustrating. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2026
