very friendly conversation today

I've enjoyed a very friendly conversation today. Alex was very efficient, phoning exactly when she said she would; she was polite, patient and extremely helpful during the call, answering all my questions and following up promptly with an email to summarise what action points she'd agree to complete - refreshing but brilliant!
