Friendly, not pushy

Very friendly, down to earth people on the end of the phone. On an renewal they will check you have got the right insurance needs and you don't feel pressurised to renew there and then. I've been with this company for years, and hope I will be with them for quite a few more years to come. Reviewed on: 24th August 2019
