Great customer service

Easy to use to pay online with a variety of your cards- you choose. Interest free for 4 months or pay in equal 3x monthly payments are great ways to manage your finances and cash flow for larger items without resorting to expensive credit cards. Account information could be a little easier regarding being user friendly but the more you use it the clearer and easier it is to use. Had an issue with my direct debit payment being somehow cancelled it but the customer service dept sorted it out very easily and quickly and also refunded my £12 charge for late payment without me asking for it.
