Friendly. Reliable and Meets My Needs

When I contacted Admiral to enquire about both Buildings and Contents insurance, I was shopping to select an alternative to my then existing provider. What convinced me was firstly the personable approach given to me and then the range of products available for me to choose from. I think it's the "going the extra mile" that really won me over...the first mile is your job, but the customer service advisor went the 2nd mile and really took the time to explain a variety of options to me...they tailored it to my needs which was really helpful and took the time to explain areas I was unsure of.
