Professional customer services

Recently PayPal had need to contact me regarding a problem but I was abroad for 3 weeks and virtually uncontactable online or by phone. PayPal however kept trying to get through to me and eventually we managed to have a conversation and sort out the problem. When I explained why they’d had trouble contacting me they were very understanding, pleasant and professional. I was very impressed with the results of this incident. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
