Good customer support

Overall, my experience with Zable has been positive. The app is easy to use, the credit card is straightforward to manage, and customer support has been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. However, I experienced an issue where a manual payment I had already made was not reflected before a direct debit was taken, which caused unnecessary concern. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I believe the payment processing and communication could be improved to prevent this happening to other customers. Apart from that, I have found the service reliable and would recommend it. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
